Run, walk or raise for Run Army 2027 and stand alongside the people who serve and protect our communities.
Proudly presented by RSL Queensland, Run Army is a community running event with a difference. It is about more than crossing a finish line. It is an opportunity to challenge yourself physically and mentally, recognise the ANZAC spirit and show your support for the people who dedicate their lives to serving and protecting our communities.

Whether you are taking your first steps, running with the family or chasing a new challenge, there is an event for you. 

Choose from:
- 5km walk or run
- 10km walk or run
- 2.4km Junior Dash - the 2.4km Junior Dash is the perfect event for our younger runners just starting out. It will include a warm-up (Army style), before heading out along the river to battle it out for top spot.
- 15km Chief’s Challenge - the Chief’s Challenge is returning for its second year in 2027 and consists of the 10km event followed by the 5km event. Participants must complete the 10km in under 60 minutes (gun time) in order to proceed to the 5km start line. Upon successful completion of both the 10km and the 5km event, participants will receive a limited edition coin from the Chief of Army.
