RSL Queensland’s keynote annual event, State Congress, brings the League and member representatives together to network, learn, decide on important matters, and celebrate the organisation’s achievements.
2026 State Congress
RSL Queensland’s 2026 State Congress will be held on Saturday 20 June 2026 at the Royal International Convention Centre (Royal ICC) in Brisbane. This annual event offers members the opportunity to:
- hear from a range of RSL Queensland leaders
- contribute at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- discover learnings and insights at various business sessions
- enjoy networking opportunities.

At the 2026 AGM, two Board Director positions are up for election by the members.
Nominations for the Deputy President role and a skills-based Director are being called for in accordance with By-Law 3.
Nominations are now open and will close at 5pm on Friday 20 March 2026.

- Friday 22 May: 2025 Annual Report and 2026 State Congress Documentation (including Notice of Motions) distributed
- Friday 22 May: Registrations close for 2026 State Congress and AGM
- Tuesday 9 June: Travel itineraries provided to Delegates
- Saturday 20 June: 2026 State Congress and AGM at the Royal International Convention Centre, Brisbane
- Friday 31 July: Minutes of 2026 AGM distributed
